Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage residents and prospects.

• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.
• Experience in sales or leasing is a plus.

• Be the Face of the Community – provide top-notch service to residents and prospects.

• Know Your Product – stay informed about property, amenities, and competition.
• Track & Follow Up – monitor leasing traffic and analyze trends to optimize strategies.
• Manage the Lease Process – review applications and finalize paperwork.
• Ensure Move-In Readiness – inspections and walkthroughs for move-in ready homes.
• Drive Renewals – maintain relationships to maximize retention.
• Market Like a Pro – engage in outside marketing to attract residents.
