Job summary

Madison Communities in Canton, GA is hiring a Leasing Consultant. In this role you’ll be the first contact for prospects and residents, delivering friendly service, guiding tours, and promoting our communities to help residents find their perfect home.

You will lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, coordinate the application process, conduct move-in inspections, manage follow-ups, and travel occasionally between Madison Midtown and Madison Grove to support marketing and leasing efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with prospects and residents.
• Sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy and able to use property management software.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community and provide top-notch service.
