Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community, delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects. You will drive leasing, promote our properties, and showcase amenities to achieve occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, sales or leasing experience preferred, and comfort with technology and property management tools. Schedule is full-time, on-site, with standard Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekends.

• Be the Face of the Community and provide top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Drive leasing success and meet occupancy goals.
• Know the property, amenities, and competition to showcase offerings.
• Track leasing traffic and follow up with prospects to optimize leasing strategies.
• Facilitate the lease process from application to move-in.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate renewals.
