Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Supervisor to lead the leasing consultants, drive occupancy, and manage the lease process from tour to move-in. You will oversee rent postings and ensure timely responses to resident needs, while coordinating events and training to boost retention.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and experience with property management software. Location: Charlotte, NC; on-site position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsibilities

• Leads as a supervisor for leasing consultants and motivates the team to reach occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, posting rent payments and issuing charges.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with accounting month-end tasks.
• Support from tour to move-in, closing the sale and inspecting apartments for move-in quality.
• Understand property features to match prospective residents' needs.
• Build relations with residents and respond to needs and concerns promptly.
• Promote retention by timely responses to complaints and requests.
• Plan and organize resident events with teammates; provide on-the-job training.
• Visually inspect property areas daily for cleanliness and readiness.
