Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant Lead to guide the leasing team and drive occupancy. You will manage tours, close leases, and ensure accurate resident records while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in residential leasing, excellent communication, and a knack for sales. The role offers a structured environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants by applying creative sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers including posting rent payments and charges.
• Initiate lease violations, late rent notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with Month End accounting.
• Handle the leasing process from tour to move-in and ensure a great move-in experience.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to needs and concerns.
