• Minimum of Leasing Agent experience with a track record of high occupancy.
• Proficient in OneSite for property management tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous documentation.
• Flexible to work weekends/evenings as needed and maintain compliance with fair housing.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community features.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and capture leads for follow-up.
• Process applications, perform background checks, and determine eligibility.
• Prepare and execute leases, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize OneSite to manage applications, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and documentation.
• Address resident concerns with empathy and timely responses.
• Assist in events and promotions to boost community engagement.
• Conduct routine property inspections and support upkeep standards.
