Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, collaborating with the Community Manager to set goals and craft strategic plans to reach occupancy targets.

You will lead the leasing team, manage resident relations, and coordinate leasing events and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and retention. A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s preferred, with basic computer skills and housing-law awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or experience in housing industry.
• Basic computer skills required and familiarity with leasing software.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective and leases signed with accurate documentation.
• Audit all lease files for policy adherence.
• Handle resident complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Assist in Marketing Management and budget development.
• Create campaigns to generate traffic and sales.
• Monitor leasing and renewal progress; provide support where needed.
• Supervise leasing and renewal events per Community Manager approval.
• Maintain knowledge of property, market, and competition; weekly market surveys.
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy.
