Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager at our Fontana property to oversee leasing and marketing, lead the leasing team, and partner with the Community Manager to hit occupancy goals.

The role emphasizes resident relations, performance coaching, market analysis, and adherence to company policies, with a comprehensive rewards package including health benefits, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leasing management and achieving budgeted occupancy.
• On-site attendance and supervision of leasing team.
• Ensure lease documentation accuracy and proper follow-up.
• Audit lease files for policy compliance.
• Address resident complaints and maintain satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Assist in developing annual marketing plan and budget.
• Monitor marketing efforts to increase property traffic and closings.
• Coordinate staff training and ensure policy compliance.

Education
