Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management partner, seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing across the property portfolio. You will collaborate with the Community Manager to set goals, drive occupancy, and lead the leasing team to successfully close deals.

The role emphasizes creating resident-focused strategies, auditing lease compliance, and implementing retention programs while coordinating marketing campaigns and events to maximize traffic and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry;
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Audit lease files for compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain resident relations and handle concerns to ensure satisfaction.
