Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Manager in San Antonio to oversee leasing and marketing for the property, partnering with the Community Manager to set goals and drive occupancy. You will lead the leasing team, ensure efficient processes, and actively address resident relations and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans, managing budgets, and implementing campaigns to generate traffic while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing and marketing knowledge required.
• Experience with resident relations and retention strategy preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing and marketing at the property and set goals.
• Lead the leasing team, ensure effective leasing and documentation.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Assist in marketing plan and budget development.
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and report on occupancy.
