Avenue5 Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for Crystal House in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on overseeing apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and renewals while marketing to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

The position requires at least one year of residential leasing/management experience, familiarity with Yardi or a similar PM system, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential leasing/management experience required.
• Experience with a revenue management system required.
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent PM system required.
• Experience with customer reputation tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/out, and lease renewals.
• Market properties and interact with prospective/current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote resident satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure accurate applications and payments.
• Coordinate marketing, traffic generation, and advertising efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and move-in/move-out paperwork.
• Assist with training leasing consultants for optimal performance.
