Job summary

The Waycroft in Arlington, VA is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the sales team to peak performance, develop marketing strategies, increase traffic, and achieve occupancy targets while delivering luxury service.

Responsibilities include responding to web leads, conducting site tours, showing and leasing units, and leading monthly leasing programs with a focus on results and superior resident experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales or marketing experience in retail, multifamily, or hospitality.
• Two years of luxury customer service experience.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Proficient with basic to intermediate math.
• Knowledge of Yardi, CRM, and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing team to peak performance and develop sales/marketing strategies.
• Respond to web leads and telephone inquiries; conduct site tours; show and lease apartments; move-ins.
• Run monthly leasing programs guided by goals to achieve optimum occupancy.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and luxury guest relations.
