Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO laws is a plus.

• Support the Property Manager in cultivating a motivated, high‑performing team.
• Lead by example with professional communication and a results‑driven mindset.
• Drive leasing efforts to achieve target occupancy and asset goals.
• Coordinate resident events and community-building activities.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software and process leases.
