Job summary

Highmark Residential in Bradenton, FL seeks a Leasing Consultant to promote the community, tour property, process applications, and assist with resident programs. You will help residents find their next home and contribute to retention efforts.

The ideal candidate has customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required to inspect properties and manage showings.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, drafting leases and more.
• Plan and attend functions for residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments and contribute to campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.
