Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a personable Leasing Consultant to join our community. You will welcome prospective residents, tour the property, process applications, and help prepare leases to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

You’ll plan resident events, assist with rent collection, and contribute to retention efforts while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced apartment setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more.
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
