Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Daytona Beach, FL to promote the property, screen applicants, and process leases. You’ll support resident programs, coordinate events, and help maintain an outstanding occupancy rate while delivering strong customer service.

You’ll qualify with customer service or sales experience, a valid license, and excellent communication skills. The role offers competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and extensive benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
