Job summary

The District at Westborough in Katy, TX is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations and support daily community functions. You will lease apartments to maintain occupancy and drive revenue, manage rent collection, and coordinate move-outs and service requests.

You will also prepare leasing paperwork, help develop the Leasing Agent, maintain resident confidentiality, and contribute to an active social media presence to attract traffic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule – some weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
