Job summary

Adara Communities’ Legacy Park property is seeking an Apartment Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations and assist with daily community functions. You will lease apartments, manage rent processes, and support the onsite team to drive occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong leasing and sales skills, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor. Some weekend work is required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Live within 20 miles or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic.
• Flexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIRED.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred.
• Stable work history; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and contribute to revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices.
• Assist with move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests.
• Support managerial duties and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and documentation.
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and traffic.
• Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters.
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success.
