Job summary

Adara Communities in Katy, TX, is seeking an Apartment Leasing Manager for The District at Westborough. You will oversee leasing operations to maintain occupancy and revenue goals and support the daily functions of the community.

You will manage rent collection, process move-outs, handle service requests, and prepare leasing reports, while coaching the Leasing Agent to improve performance and deliver excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices.
• Assist with move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests.
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation.
• Support, coach, and develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success.
