Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Manager for Villas at Bulverde in Spring Branch, TX. You will oversee leasing operations, maintain occupancy, and support daily community functions with a focus on revenue and resident service.

The role includes managing rent processes, reports, and coordinating with the Property Manager. Weekend availability and strong leasing experience are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and notices.
• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Support daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Prepare leasing reports and required documentation.
• Assist in maintaining social media presence to increase traffic.
• Support and develop Leasing Agent to improve performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters.

Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.**What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Manager:**We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community.
