Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Red Road Commons to drive leasing and community promotion. You will tour the property with prospects, process applications and prepare leases while coordinating resident events to foster retention.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and a proactive attitude to achieve occupancy goals and maintain property standards at a premier Florida community.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent to meet basic requirements

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments; Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
