Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Leasing Manager – BTR to lead onsite leasing teams, drive occupancy, and optimize revenue for assigned communities. You will shape leasing strategy, coach staff, and ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management or leasing, strong leadership, and experience with hiring and training. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a focus on compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience participating in hiring, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the work of leasing staff and schedules.
• Lead onboarding and training to ensure leasing standards and processes.
• Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies with pricing and promotions.
• Monitor performance data and adjust strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives impacting leasing performance.
