Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience and supervising staff in property management or hospitality.
• Strong leadership aptitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong communication & conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage budget and perform financial analysis.
• Ability to learn property management software.
• Ability to position assets via marketing/promotions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing performance of the apartment community.
• Direct and develop the leasing plan to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Set and communicate leasing goals aligned with property performance.
• Coach leasing team to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, HR, and finance to ensure compliant leasing operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage general leasing activities and maximize efforts.
