Job summary

Redwood Communities, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and on-site team leadership across multiple multifamily properties in Ann Arbor.

You will ensure HUD compliance, maintain high occupancy, and deliver an excellent resident experience. Candidates should have 3+ years in multifamily housing management, experience with LIHTC and HUD programs, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with RealPage and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or higher in multifamily housing.
• Experience with HUD/LIHTC programs is required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multifamily properties.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and occupancy efforts to maintain high occupancy.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with HUD and Fair Housing.
• Prepare budgets and monitor monthly financial reports.
