The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member to blend marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service at a Texas property. You will engage residents, lead tours, and support sales and events in a fast-paced, student-focused setting.

You should be customer-centric, adaptable, with excellent communication and reliability. Daytime hours plus on-call rotation; work at the assigned property; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and provide community and amenity tours.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communication to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives and marketing opportunities.
• Represent the community positively and professionally at all times.
• Log, file and retrieve customer packages and maintain office organization.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to aid timely resolutions.
