Job summary

Lifestyle Communities in Columbus is seeking a Leasing Experience Coordinator to support leadership of leasing teams and influence operations and sales at an assigned community. You will engage with prospective residents, guide them through the application and lease process, and help deliver a welcoming resident experience.

The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment, with weekend/holiday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of software programs and backend administrative management.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community, model homes, and living experience.
• Bring sales-focused energy to assist leasing associates after the close of the sale.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and lease process to move in.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewal leases for current residents.
• Follow up on resident questions and support customer service efforts.
• Maintain tour path and assist with upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.
• Greet residents and guests professionally and manage incoming calls.
• Coordinate move-ins and resident events; central point of contact.
