Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of rental housing practices and fair housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor the leasing team.
• Oversee the full leasing process from inquiries to lease closing.
• Verify and approve rental applications; conduct credit screenings.
• Maintain leasing performance against budgets and management plans.
• Stay informed on housing programs including Section 8 and BMR.
