Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Jose, CA to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify prospects, tour the community, and sign leases while upholding service standards.

This on-site role requires daily attendance, accurate paperwork, data entry, and collaboration with the team to achieve leasing goals. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments and following up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process; support marketing outreach.
• Manage resident relations and enforce community policies to achieve leasing goals.
