2B Living, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Manager to own the leasing process across Bay Area properties. You will design marketing plans, conduct tours, process applications, and manage renewals, while collaborating with owners and tenants to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multi-family leasing experience
• Valid Real Estate License
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Must be able to work weekends
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community
• Schedule and conduct showings using ShowMojo
• Process applications and draft leases and renewals
• Manage leasing requests with Leasing Coordinators
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance
• Conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare move-in packages
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents
• Track availability and leasing activities; maintain data on residents and prospects
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and concerns
• Own the leasing process across Bay Area properties
• Stay informed on market conditions and adjust occupancy strategies
• Set rents and advise on unit renovations to maximize revenue
• Update owners on vacancies weekly
• Ensure show units meet company standards and are visually appealing
• Report to Regional/Portfolio Manager and use Appfolio on-site
