Job summary

2B Living Property Management is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue across Bay Area communities. You will lead marketing, showings, applications, leases, renewals, and resident relations with owners, tenants, and vendors.

Requirements include a valid Real Estate License and 2+ years in multi-family leasing, with a focus on customer service and sales. Proficiency with Appfolio/ShowMojo and MS Office is a plus; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License.
• Multi-Family, Multi-Site Leasing experience — 2+ years preferred.
• Sales driven, problem solver, and open-minded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Driving required – must have a car and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing activities to create traffic to the community.
• Schedule and conduct showings using ShowMojo.
• Process applications quickly and draft leases, addenda, renewals.
• Manage leasing requests from existing tenants with Leasing Coordinators.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Lead lease-signing, credit checks, and move-in packages to achieve occupancy goals.
• Support lease renewal programs and communicate with renewing residents.
• Track availability, traffic, and data for residents and prospects.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Own the leasing process across Bay Area properties.
• Stay informed on market conditions and implement marketing plans.
