You will collaborate with Expansion, C&F and Legal, manage the full leasing lifecycle from pipeline to sign‑off, and ensure the portfolio outperforms competitors while aligning with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong leasing and negotiation skills within a legal framework.
- Strategic, analytical, and multi-project management capability.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full leasing lifecycle from market analysis to deal negotiation.
- Prepare business cases, conduct due diligence, and drive cross‑functional execution.
- Negotiate best deals while adhering to Code of Ethics.
- Coordinate with C&F, Legal, and Expansion to finalize negotiations.
- Monitor portfolio performance and outpace local competition.
