Job summary

Morgan Group in Houston is seeking a Leasing Associate to support leasing activities, greet clients, show apartments, and process leases for our multifamily communities. The role requires strong customer service, sales, and organizational abilities, with a focus on meeting residents’ needs and maintaining accurate records.

You will contribute to market surveys, maintain product knowledge, and participate in resident events, while collaborating with on-site teams to ensure a seamless leasing

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Associates or better.
• Bachelors or better.
• Experience in sales or customer service (or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Morgan’s Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, Maintenance, and Emergency Procedures manuals and Team Member Handbook.
• Answer the phone.
• Follow up with all traffic and input information into the system.
• Tour and lease apartments and sell the products and service of the community.
• Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to occupancy as outlined in the Operations Manuals.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and the market for decision making and market surveys.
