Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
• ICSC designation (CLS/CRX) a plus.
• 5+ years in retail/restaurant real estate with lease negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal/extension negotiations for 200+ locations.
• Conduct site and market analysis to support decisions.
• Negotiate SNDA and estoppel documents with legal teams.
• Manage landlord relations and portfolio communications.
• Prepare deal summaries and renewal strategies for leadership.
