Qualifications

• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Show available units to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market conditions and trends.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests with the property management team.
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and guidelines.
• Provide current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease properties.
• Engage prospects and follow up until appointment set or decision made.
• Display integrity and professionalism with residents and contacts.
• Handle incoming sales by phone, email, and online chat.
• Log activity into Elise and One Site databases accurately.
• Communicate benefits and features of the property portfolio.
• Stay up to date with promotions and leasing incentives.
• Provide accurate information and fulfill reasonable requests.
