Job summary

H&M Group in New York is seeking a Facilities & Procurement Manager to own facility management and asset performance across the sales market. You will drive FM strategy, maintenance delivery, supplier governance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role reports to the Expansion Manager and leads the Facilities Management team, setting priorities, managing vendors, budgeting FM OPEX/CAPEX, and ensuring store safety, compliance, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• 5+ years' experience in facility management, retail or multi-site operations.
• Strong planning and analytical skills.
• Strong facilities and asset management expertise.
• Budgeting, planning, and performance management experience.
• Service-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proven experience leading teams and complex projects in a matrix organization.
• Proven experience leading large FM vendor setups, such as IFM.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the FM strategy aligned with global direction.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance based on risk and lifecycle cost.
• Ensure long-term asset performance and store availability.
• Secure handover of projects from Construction into operation.
• Lead the FM team and set performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Expansion and Global C&F teams.
