Job summary

PTLA Careers in Bellingham, WA is seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist to handle leasing and advertising for the community and provide exceptional resident service. You will tour the property, respond to inquiries, and help applicants through the move-in process.

The role requires meeting weekly leasing goals, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while ensuring apartment readiness and competitive market positioning. This is an in-person, full-time position with standard benefits.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds weekly revenue/leasing goals.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Tours the community and presents models to prospects.
• Markets the community through outreach to identified markets.
• Updates online and print ads daily with current information.
• Manages life cycle of leads from first contact to move-in and renewal.
• Ensures curb appeal and optimizes visual appeal of available units.
• Conducts market surveys by monitoring direct and indirect competitors.
