Job summary

Liberty Military Housing in San Diego is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support sales goals and guide prospective residents through the housing process. You will use our customer management system to follow up with applicants, reach out to new prospects, assist customers via multiple channels, and generate reports for site and regional managers.

Responsibilities include preparing leases in Yardi, auditing paperwork, handling inquiries, and creating marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with information regarding the housing process.
• Answer calls, return missed calls, and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure lease paperwork is completed and entered into Yardi; audit leases.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate with team.
