You will use Yardi to audit leases, respond to resident concerns, and create marketing materials while collaborating with site and regional teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely follow-ups, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency including Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining good service.
• Team player with strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with housing information and process.
• Answer calls, follow up on inquiries, and manage communications.
• Enter leases into Yardi and audit lease paperwork.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and update marketing materials.
