Responsibilities

• Touring and leasing apartments while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and stellar customer service
• Maintaining high property standards and resident retention
• Performing administrative tasks such as file maintenance
• Assisting with property social media postings
• Supporting resident relations through events and community engagement
