Job summary

Rose Valley Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team. You will guide potential residents through the move-in process, conduct property tours, and coordinate applications and deposits with a focus on customer service and closing deals.

Your role includes following up with leads, maintaining curb appeal, and meeting monthly leasing goals while providing accurate information and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of active leasing experience in multi-family property.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present over the phone and in person.
• Ability to meet leasing targets and work weekends.
• Knowledge of AppFolio software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospects through the move-in process and conduct property tours.
• Market and lease apartments to prospective residents while supporting the property's marketing plan.
• Process rental applications and deposits, and verify information in compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
• Follow up with leads via calls and emails and maintain records of activity.
• Meet monthly leasing goals and maintain excellent customer service for residents.
