Job summary

Regency Multifamily is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to join our fast-paced sales team. You will tour and lease apartments, keep properties spotless, and support resident events and community engagement.

Strong communication and a team mindset are essential as you learn leasing and property management. We offer base pay with bonus opportunities and commissions on leases, plus opportunities for growth and paid benefits.

About the Position:

Job Duties Include:

• Touring & leasing apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant and providing stellar customer service
• Maintaining the high property standards and service that contribute to our industry-leading resident retention rate
• Performing administrative tasks such as file maintenance
• Assisting with property social media postings
• Support resident relations through resident events and community engagement

Job Requirements:

• Excited to learn leasing process and property management industry - even if you're just starting out
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office and learn industry software
• Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends during peak leasing season
• Reliable transportation
