Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in the apartment industry in a comparable capacity.
• Proficiency in RealPage/Entrata or equivalent systems is essential.
• College degree desired but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service is a prerequisite.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of apartments for potential residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and facilitate rental deposits.
• Ensure showcase apartments are prepared for viewing.
• Understand lease terms, property specifications, and community regulations.
• Use sales techniques and closing strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends and community pricing/amenities.
• Maintain communication with local services and competitors.
