The role requires at least two years in the apartment industry, proficiency with RealPage/Entrata, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the apartment industry in a comparable capacity.
• Proficiency in RealPage/Entrata, or equivalent systems is essential.
• College degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service is a prerequisite.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of apartments for potential residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and facilitate rental deposits.
• Ensure showcase apartments are prepared for viewing.
• Understand lease terms, property specs, and community rules.
• Use effective sales techniques and closing strategies.
• Stay informed about current market trends.
