Blue Roc Premier Family of Companies is seeking a seasoned Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will lead guided apartment tours, manage leasing paperwork, and ensure model units are presentation ready, all while applying strong customer service and sales skills.

You will need knowledge of lease terms and community regulations, plus familiarity with RealPage/Entrata systems. A valid driver’s license and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the apartment industry in a comparable capacity.
• RealPage/Entrata or equivalent systems are essential.
• College degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven customer service experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of apartments for prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and facilitate rental deposits.
• Ensure model apartments are prepared for viewing.
• Understand lease terms, property specifications and community rules.
• Utilize sales techniques and closing strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends and pricing/amenities.
• Maintain communication with apartment locators and local businesses.
• Regularly assess competitor communities.
• Know rental application requirements and screening policies.
• Engage in weekly outreach marketing activities.
• Develop resident retention programs to encourage renewals.
• Organize and maintain resident and property records.
• Handle resident inquiries and grievances promptly.
• Assist in collection of overdue rent payments.
• Know landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.
