Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the apartment industry preferred.
• Proficiency with RealPage/Entrata or equivalent systems is essential.
• Customer service excellence is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of apartments for prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and facilitate deposits.
• Prepare showroom/model apartments for viewing.
• Understand lease terms, property specs and community rules.
• Use effective sales techniques and closing strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends and pricing.
