Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the community's sales representative, greet clients, present features, and securely finalize lease agreements with qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include collecting deposits, ensuring model apartments are ready, maintaining lease knowledge, and applying effective customer service and sales techniques. Benefits and compensation are provided.

Responsibilities

• Collect a deposit and process future residents’ applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and policies; ensure required information is provided.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses for informational material.
• Shop surrounding properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
