Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the community's sales representative, greet clients, present features, and securely secure lease agreements from qualified applicants. This is a full-time position offering $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus benefits in a fast-paced property management environment.

You will collect deposits, process applications, keep model apartments ready, maintain knowledge of lease terms and policies, and provide exceptional customer

• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features to secure lease agreements.
• Collect deposits and process applications for future residents.
• Keep model/target apartments clean and ready for showings; maintain workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and community policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain relationships with locator services and local businesses for information.
