Responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining show-ready units, and applying knowledge of lease terms and policies.

The role emphasizes customer service, professional conduct in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with local businesses to support outreach and retention efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features and lease terms.
• Collect deposits and process applications.
• Ensure model/apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Know lease terms, unit availability, and policies; explain requirements.
• Provide information to apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Marketing outreach to surrounding properties and stakeholders.
• Assist with move-in files and ongoing file maintenance.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously.
