Avenue5 Residential in Tustin, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals while delivering outstanding service to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities include qualifying applicants, preparing lease documentation, and ensuring move-in readiness, with emphasis on occupancy and resident satisfaction. Requires good communication and organizational skills; prior leasing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
