Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Charlotte, NC. You will be the face of the property, handling showings, leasing, and resident relations while meeting sales targets and coordinating events for residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or a similar fast-paced customer-facing environment, with full-time hours, including some weekends. Benefits are provided and opportunities for growth exist within Olympus Property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role such as restaurant/retail/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of apartment options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents; greet visitors warmly.
• Close the sale of new apartment homes and prepare lease paperwork.
• Enter information into the internal resident database and manage follow-ups.
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities.
• Promote property through locators and local businesses.
